A central component of CONNECT is the internship program, which provides young singers and conductors firsthand experience working with top European professional choirs. Interns will engage with choir members to explore motivations and foster a sense of belonging. Additionally, our interns will be supported by online training content created by industry leaders. This content will be shared on CONNECTspace, a new digital and user-friendly platform, that will offer online courses covering topics such as digital connection, leadership, and societal engagement for choral musicians. The project also includes two international conferences: MERGE and TRAMPOLINE. These conferences will help our interns network with the larger Tenso Network and facilitate in-person exchanges among partners, interns, and the broader community. TRAMPOLINE will feature artistic showcases from choir workshops involving supported singers and conductors over the two years, culminating in a celebratory event.
